    The 19th Asian Games will be held in Hangzhou, China from September 10, 2022 to September 25, 2022. Hangzhou is the third city in China to win the right to host the Asian Games. Beijing hosted the 11th Asian Games in 1990, and Guangzhou hosted the 16th Asian Games in 2010. As of September 2019, the Hangzhou Asian Games plans to set up 40 competition events, including 31 Olympic events and 9 non-Olympic events

    In accordance with the positioning of "China New Era·Hangzhou New Asian Games" and the goal of "Chinese style, Zhejiang characteristics, Hangzhou flavor, and co-construction and sharing", the 2022 Hangzhou Asian Games will adhere to the concept of "green, smart, thrifty, and civilized". Based on the principle of "Hangzhou as the mainstay and shared by the whole province", we will promote the preparation of the Asian Games with high quality.

    On the afternoon of September 10, 2019, the launching ceremony of the third anniversary of the countdown to the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou 2022 and the opening and closing ceremonies of creative copywriting and theme slogans was held in Hangzhou.
